We're taking brunch to the next level with some of our favourite venues, and Jame's Irivine's Red Snapper creations. Who knew adding gin to a Bloody Mary would make it so much better?

Well, James Irvine (Four Pillars Director of Drinks, and Australia's best bartender) was convinced, and knew he could convince you. So he decided to take his outrageously delicious Red Snappers on tour....

Look out for this Four Pillars Red Snapper drinks menu at a series of great brunch places around the country, and join us for spicy and delicious good times.

You'll find an ultra-classic version with our Rare Dry Gin, plus some twists like a super-spicy version with tomatillo, turmeric and jalapeno, or one with Bloody Shiraz Gin, beetroot and chipotle.

We're kicking off with our friends at Cumulus Inc at the end of August for two days only, until sold out. And then we're coming to a city near you... Check out the full tour dates below!
