Join us for a hands-on session with one of our Four Pillars Gin distillers. These classes are limited to just 10 people each distillation – so get your ticket pronto!

In this workshop we will guide you through the Four Pillars distillery and gin-making process before you have the chance to work on a ‘micro-distillation’ in our newest (and smallest) CARL copper still, Eileen.

After you’ve added the botanicals to the still, our distiller will take you through a brief history of gin and the rise of craft distilling in Australia. All the while you can watch the distillation bubbling away and admire the process in action, before tasting the spirit as it comes out of the still at an unbelievably pure 90% ABV once the distillation is complete.

Plus you’ll get to taste five of the gins we’ve produced since we launched in 2013, including our award-winning Rare Dry Gin, world renowned 'gunpowder proof’ Navy Strength Gin, much sought-after Spiced Negroni Gin and the gold-medalled Modern Australian Gin plus something new to the range. And to keep your strength up while you sip away, we'll provide some tasty bar snacks nibble on.

At the end of the class you’ll walk away with a goodie bag including a 200ml bottle of Rare Dry Gin and a jar of marmalade. The super-limited-edition ‘Maker Session Gin' the class distilled will be bottled at 700ml, hand-labelled and sent to you after the class.

Book tickets here. Includes 2 hour distilling session, "tour", talk and tasting plus snacks. For home you'll get a 200ml Rare Dry Gin, jar of Orange Marmalade, and a 700ml Maker Session Gin (total RRP $135).
