Adelphi Rooftop Gin Sessions, Flinders Lane, Thursdays & Fridays:

HOT IN THE CITY Gin & Film Festival, Thornbury Picture House, 7 - 28 Feb:
When the city gets hot, escape to the cool of the Thornbury Picture House with an ice cold Four Pillars G&T in hand. Every Thursday this February you can immerse yourself in four critically acclaimed and just plain awesome films, each a summer-time adventure in a big city. Looking for something different this Valentine's? Head to The Ian Potter Museum from 6-7:30pm to enjoy the current 1950s Clement Meadmore design exhibition with a Four Pillars Gin in hand. All details available here.

Four Pillars Gin Masterclass, Mitchell Harris Wines, Ballarat Central, Fri 22 Feb:
Distiller Cameron will be heading to Ballarat's Mitchell Harris Wines to host a Four Pillars Gin masterclass from 6pm. Grab your tickets for a night that kicks off with G&Ts and canapés, takes you through a guided gin tasting and the world of craft distilling at Four Pillars. All tickets and details available here.


Pop-Up Tastings, David Jones Market Street, Mon 4 - Sun 17:
You'll find our own Four Pillars Tasting Bar popping-up in the Food Hall of Market Street's David Jones! Visit us, enjoy a tasting, and purchase your own bottle of Four Pillars Gin. We'll be featuring our Rare Dry Gin, Spiced Negroni Gin, Navy Strength Gin and special Hernö Distillery collaboration Dry Island Gin.

Plus, with any purchase of our Rare Dry Gin you'll receive a complimentary block of our brand new Rare Dry Gin Organic Dark Chocolate (created by our friends at Melbourne's Hunted + Gathered using out gin steamed oranges and spent botanicals).

Four Pillars Gin Masterclass, InterContinental Adelaide, Thurs 28 Feb:

Join our the amazing James Irvine for this hands-on session where you will learn how to make our favourite G&T, then find out about the history of the Negroni as you learn how to whip up this classic and timeless cocktail. Humpback's First Annual Oyster Festival, Humpback Restaurant, Wed 20 and Thurs 21 February, 5pm - 11pm:
Our own Four Pillars gin-slinger Mr Samuel Ng will be whipping up the cocktails for Humpack's first ever annual Oyster Festival! SPQR Pizzeria will be cooking up their woodfired pizzas at our distillery this first weekend of March. Come on out and match your pizza of choice with a delicous G&T!

Our favourite burger flippers are coming back to the distillery! Our from Melbourne again, Leonards House of Love will be supplying most excellent cheese burgers for this weekend.

Juan Fiddy Quality Hotdogs, Four Pillars Distillery, Sat 30 & Sun 31:
Back at it again are the lads from Juan Fiddy, cooking up the best hotdogs we've ever tasted - smoked cheese kransky sausages from Melbourne's Meatsmith, with ridiculously good topping combos.


Sydney Ginpalooza, Manjit's at The Wharf, Sydney, Fri 8 & Sat 9:
We'll be representing our little Healesville distillery alongside 37 other craft gin brands at this Sydney gin festival. Your ticket gets you gin t astings, canapés and Capi mixers. All details here.


Gin To My Tonic Show, SEC Centre, Glasgow, Fri 15 - Sun 17:

Gin Up At The Johnston, The Johnston Collection, East Melbourne, Wed 13 & Thurs 14 March:
Join us at the Johnston - a museum dedicated to Georgian, Regency and Louis XV fine and decorative arts - for a tour matched with cocktails and canapés. Four Pillars 'Made From Gin', Four Pillars Distillery, Sat 16 & Sun 17 March:
Join us for one of only two afternoons talking (and tasting) all things nose-to-tail distilling! Hosted by our distiller Cam Mackenzie, you'll taste while you learn all about our orange marmalade, our gin pigs, our gin cheese and of course our newest addition - our gin chocolate!
