Healesville Gin Pig Dinner, Four Pillars Distillery, Wednesday 12 December:
For one night only, our distillery will close for this special event hosted by Stu Gregor and Cameron Mackenzie, alongside our neighbours and mates Payten & Jones Wines. Our locally reared, free range gin pigs will be in the hands of our friend Matt Wilkinson. The night will start with canapés and cocktails over the road at Payten & Jones Cellar Door. Then we’ll head over to the distillery to feast on delicious morsels straight from the outdoor smoker. And finally, inside the distillery, where guests will enjoy a shared gin pig feast, including special Four Pillars Gin cocktails by the one and only James Irvine, Yarra Valley wines by Payten & Jones, and a rather special dessert. Our mates from one of our absolute favourite bars, Bad Frankie, are throwing us a b'day party! And this one is bit spesh, because in addition to Four Pillars Gin cocktails and delicious Bad Frankie jaffles (of course) you'll get to do a side-by-side tasting of our Batch No_1 Rare Dry Gin alongside a 2018 batch. Four Pillars Melbourne Christmas (Gin) Revue, The Espy, Wednesday 5 Dec:
It was an absolute hit last year in Sydney with just Cam and Stu leading the singalongs. This time we're bringing the show to Melbourne's iconic Espy Hotel and we've got Mother's Ruin joining them on stage.
