On Saturday arvo, it’s time for a Four Pillars x Frisk Botanical BBQ at Frisk. Small Bar! For $15 each, the talented chefs in Frisk’s kitchen will serve you up snags made with the spent botanicals from our gin distillations, slathered in gooey onions on white bread. Join us for the first edition of Gin Pig in the Vines! We're heading to the picturesque Voyager Estate where 2018 Regional Chef of the Year, Head Chef Santi Fernandez takes inspiration from the vineyards to bring some of the Estate to the table. And now our delicious gin pig will be in the mix, at this four-course feast with matching gin cocktails and Voyager Estate wines. The afternoon will begin with canapés, charcuterie boards and fabulous gin drinks, before moving onto the Sunday roast Gin Pig. All details and tickets available here.

We're heading north to our mates in beautiful Brisbane. Join us for some nose-to-tail awesomeness at Stokehouse Q on Thursday 22 August.
The evening will start with gin pig canapés featuring crackling chips and maple bacon scrolls, paired with Four Pillars cocktails. And then it will really kick into gear with 'The Whole Hog'. Rolled loin, braised leg croquettes, and would you believe it - Bloody Shiraz Gin glazed ribs. We've also heard talk of a Four Pillars doughnut for dessert...
Of course this entire evening will be paired with more fabulous gin drinks and wines, and we'll be sending the Four Pillars crew to be your hosts for the evening along with the fabulous Stokehouse Q team. THIS DINNER IS NOW SOLD OUT.
