In the Yarra Valley...
Four Pillars of the Community, Four Pillars Distillery, Saturday 7 & Sunday 8:
On the first weekend of December every year, we celebrate our birthday and annual community weekend. We throw a party and give all the proceeds of the weekend’s activities to organisations working to make a difference. This year we are focusing our support on organisations dealing with the drought and bushfire crises so many communities are battling. Stay tuned here for more information, and we hope to see you there!
Juan Fiddy food truck, Four Pillars Distillery, Saturday 14 & Sunday 15:
Say hi to these hotdog-loving hombres, serving up quality hotdogs at our distillery, made using the freshest and finest, locally-sourced ingredients. All of their Dogs are served with Fiddy’s famous smoked cheesy kransky on a toasted soft brioche bun. Delicious!
Corn Porn food truck, Four Pillars Distillery, Saturday 28 & Sunday 29:
Too many corny puns... just think barbecued corn on a cob loaded with chorizo and pickled onion, and fresh spiced popcorn with parmesan.
Back to Melbourne...
QT Secret Gin Garden, Melbourne, 5pm until late, every Thursday and Friday until the end of Summer:
Have you discovered QT's secret rooftop garden bar yet? Every Thursday and Friday night (Mother Nature willing), wander down a laneway, enter a staff elevator and walk through the kitchen to find yourself in a lush rooftop oasis where you can pick your own herbs for your cocktail and snack on Gin Pig skewers.
Above the hustle and bustle and below the warm night sky, sip away on drinks featuring our entire Four Pillars Gin range, plus a special small batch FPQT gin made exclusively for the gin garden bar. The bar menu is a collaboration between QT Melbourne’s Executive Chef Andy Harmer and our Made From Gin Creative Director Matt Wilkinson featuring your favourite Made from Gin goodies - gin chocolate fondue anyone?
Find QT Melbourne at 133 Russell Street, Melbourne.
