Get ready for a big Saturday night with cocktail hour at Four Pillars Distillery. Join us to see where the gin-making magic happens and at the same time learn all about the craft of cocktail making with our Gin Ambassador.

With a Rare Dry G&T in hand to kickstart your evening, come backstage to meet our magnificent copper pot stills Wilma, Jude and Eileen. Hear a little bit about the craft of distilling at Four Pillars, and what exactly makes a good G&T.

Then get stuck into a hands-on workshop, making a Tom Collins under our bartender's expert instruction. This classic long cocktail is the most famous of the ‘Collinses’ and we'll guide you through how to make one, and what exactly are a sour and a fizz (you’ll get to hear all about Jerry Thomas and the Tom Collins hoax of 1874…).

While you sip on your Tom Collins, and nibble some great local olives and nuts, we'll demonstrate how to make another boozy cocktail – and make sure there’s enough for everyone to sample!

After an hour of cocktail making and drinking, you can either grab another drink in our bar (open until 9pm) or head down the street for dinner at one of the great restaurants in Healesville. So line up a place to stay in The 'Ville (one hour from the CBD) and make a night of it…

Tickets include a hands-on cocktail-making experience, tasting, two gin cocktails and one sample, plus bar snacks.
