- 60mL Modern Australian Gin
- 30mL dry curacao
- 30mL lemon juice
- 1 dash Regans Orange Bitters
- Add all ingredients into a shaker - shakey, shakey
- Strain into a chilled coupette glass, and garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice
