INGREDIENTS:
- 30ml Four Pillars Navy Strength Gin
- 30ml Maidenii Sweet Vermouth
- 10ml Creme de Cassis (we recommended Bertrand brand)
- 100ml Soda
- Seasonal Australian fruit
METHOD:
Build ingredients in glass, adding seasonal fruit. Garnish with a mint sprig. Enjoy in the sunshine.
