- 30ml Rare Dry Gin
- 5ml Aperol
- 5ml Tasmanian mountain pepper syrup*
- 5 mint leaves
- Splash of Daylesford & Hepburn Pink Grapefruit
Add all ingredients to a tall glass and mix together. Garnish with a straw and mint sprig. You can use simple syrup for a more basic (but still delicious) drink.
For the Tasmanian mountain pepper syrup...
- 100g Tasmanian pepper leaf
- 1kg sugar
- 1L boiling water
Combine Tasmanian pepper leaf and sugar in a container. Pour over boiling water and stir. Allow to cool, and then strain.
