- 45 mL Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
- 15mL Averna
- 30mL Blood Orange Juice
- Soda Water
- Rosemary to garnish
METHOD
- Mix the gin, Averna and blood orange juice over ice in a highball glass
- Charge with soda before garnishing with a sprig of fresh rosemary
