We’ll say it straight up – these barrel-aged beauties were not made to be mixed with tonic. They're what we like to call 'sipping gins'.
Both Chardonnay Barrel and Sherry Cask gins should be first tried neat or on the rocks with a twist of orange to really make the most of the subtle flavours from the solera.
If you’re enjoying the Chardonnay Barrel Gin, try adding a drop of honey and a rosemary sprig.
And for something a little sweeter (and a bit more involved), try the Apricot Log.
Or for something on the sweeter side, try your hand at our distillery original Sherry Cask Knees.
And if you're looking for a bit of a challenge (with delicious results) try your hand at a Banoffee Pie Fizz.
