Out of one of Cam's favourite family traditions came this fun, festive, complex gin that sings of hot Australian Christmas days spent feasting, and drinking and playing cricket.
So, how should you drink it this Christmas?
Firstly, we love a nip of it on the rocks with a twist of orange so you can taste all those Christmas flavours to their fullest. Or if you want to go to a richer level, take a note out of Cam's book and add a teaspoon of cream.
Secondly, it makes an absolutely rocking Christmas Martinez. And you can find the recipe for this festive spin on a classic here.
Thirdly, it goes great in an Old Fashioned. Just replace the Barrel Aged Gin in this recipe with your Australian Christmas Gin.
Fourth, we've even tried it in an old-school Christmas Gin Flip, and it was very merry indeed.
And finally, you could splash it over your pudding to make a delightfully boozy Christmas dessert (or add a dash to your trifle, or any Christmassy dessert).
