- 60mL Chardonnay Barrel Gin
- 30mL lemon juice
- 15mL sugar syrup
- 10mL aquafaba*
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake it like a polaroid picture
- Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon wheel
*Aquafaba is the liquid that comes in tins of chickpeas and white beans, and is a great frothing agent. Don't worry, your cocktail will not taste like beans. Promise.
