“This cocktail tastes of good times in summer with a cheeky barrel-aged gin twist to make it grown up.”



  • Add all ingredients to shaker and shake over ice
  • Strain into rocks glass, over ice
  • Garnish with an orange peel disc or dried coconut



  • 300g Organic dried apricots
  • 260mL Water
  • 150g Sugar
  • 150g Coconut vinegar


  • Add ingredients to saucepan and heat on low for 2 hours
  • Allow to cool and strain into bottle
