Coriander is an amazing herb in that every part of the plant is edible.
And each component has quite different qualities. We prefer the intense aromatics of the fruit (seeds), which we source from South Australia.
When crushed and distilled these seeds produce an amazing lemony citrus character.
Interestingly, they also have small amounts of the same piney compound that is found in juniper, so it is not surprising the two work well together.
